At Carenium, we understand that plans can change. Here is our policy regarding service cancellations.
Appointments can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment may incur a convenience fee.
Home nursing services can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the nurse's scheduled arrival. Late cancellations may be subject to a nominal cancellation charge.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery (especially via drone), it cannot be cancelled.
You can cancel your booking directly through the Carenium app under the "My Bookings" section, or by contacting our support team at careniumhealth@gmail.com.
