1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation of a nurse booking or doctor consultation within the permitted cancellation window.
  • Failure of service delivery (e.g., medicine delivery not completed due to technical errors).
  • Duplicate payments made for the same service.

2. Refund Process & Duration

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 working days. The refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Medicines or healthcare products once delivered and opened (unless damaged).
  • Services already rendered (e.g., completed doctor consultations or nurse visits).
  • Subscription fees after the cooling-off period.
