Service & Product Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of healthcare products and services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis through our Neural Net audit system.
1. Medical Consultations
Fees for completed consultations are non-refundable. If a doctor fails to show, a full credit is automatically applied to your account.
2. Pharmaceuticals
Medications cannot be returned once delivered for safety reasons. If the packaging is damaged upon arrival, please contact Guardian Support immediately.
